Methi Gota Mix: Add 405 ml of water to Satvam Methi Gota mix. Mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Keep it for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a kadai. Stir the batter vigorously before frying and deep fry Methi Gota in oil at a consistent temperature.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot Methi Gota with Satvam's Kadhi.
Kadhi Recipe: Add 430 ml of water to Satvam Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make it a mixture without lumps. Boil it for 5 mins. Serve with hot Satvam Methi Gota.
